When should I expect my package to be delivered to me?
After your order, details about the delivery will be sent to the email address you provided. If you don’t see an email immediately, please check your spam email. Expect your order to be delivered to you within 5-7 business days. If you have not received an email from us regarding your purchase and shipping details, or have not received your package please contact us at email@example.com.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Any product that is damaged during the shipping process will warrant a new product, free of charge. To receive your new product, you must send in photos of your damaged product, and order number within 24 hours upon arrival of your product. Send to firstname.lastname@example.org
Are your products organic?
Yes, our hibiscus flowers are organic.
What are the benefits of your product?
All our products are low in fat, saturated fat, cholesterol and sodium. Sustainability is very important to us, hence why we use glass bottles for all our products. We use fresh ingredients such as ginger and pineapple, which helps to improve your digestive system and are high in antioxidants.
Can I get your product shipped to me if I live outside the United States and Canada?
At this time, Fresh Hibiscus Tea products are only available in the United States and Canada.
