Here's a little bit about the Founder...

I am a Louisiana State University alumni and the Founder of Fresh Hibiscus Tea. I am a tea lover and I aspire to share my love for tea with you. Growing up as a little girl in Nigeria, drinking hibiscus tea was common for families to drink on special days or at the dinner table. When I moved to the states in 2009, I noticed that this particular tea was not easily accessible. For years I longed for Hibiscus Tea. I tried many versions in the market but none brought the sense of quality or taste that I had once known. Finally, in the summer of 2017, I started Fresh Hibiscus Tea. To me, Fresh Hibiscus Tea is not only a refreshing drink that brings people together but also a special tea that holds many health benefits.

Hibiscus is known to be high in antioxidants from its vitamin C, resulting to a natural enhancement on your overall health. That’s why our ancestors have been drinking it for centuries, to feel FRESH. Hibiscus tea has a long rooted history in Nigeria, but it’s best if we let the hibiscus speak for itself.

We love hibiscus so much we built an entire company around it, dedicated to preserving the culture and our environment.
